Booking & Policies
Events with an Unknown Headcount (i.e. Adult Private Parties / Girls’ Night /Special Events/ Fundraisers)
- $25 non-refundable reservation fee required to hold your date (applied as a credit toward the host’s project).
- Guests pay individually through a custom payment link.
- Minimum of 5 paid guests required for the event. If fewer register, the host may pay for the remaining spots.
- Guest sign-up closes 7 days before the event so supplies can be prepared.
Events With a Known Headcount (i.e. Kid’s birthday parties)
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
- Final headcount due 7 days prior.
- Final balance due 5 days prior.
General Policies
- Signed Contract: A signed contract is required to confirm your booking and outline event details.
- Events may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice; fees are non-refundable but transferable.
- Additional guests added after the final headcount will be charged at the per-person rate.
- Custom Designs: Special themes, logos, or custom laser-cut projects available. Pricing depends on complexity and guest count.

Note: Optional add-ons are not included in the standard package and pricing varies based on your choices.
