A: Yes. To reserve your date, we ask for a small $25 non-refundable reservation fee. For adult/private parties (like girls’ nights), this fee is applied as a credit toward the host’s project. Guests will pay for their own projects through a custom payment link, and we require a minimum of 5 paid guests for the party to happen. Guest sign-up closes 7 days before the event so we have enough time to get all supplies ready. - Q: How does it work for kids’ birthday parties or events with a set guest list?
A: For parties where you know the guest count ahead of time, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The final headcount is due 7 days before your event, and the remaining balance is due 5 days before the party. - Is a signed contract necessary?
A signed contract is required to confirm your booking and outline event details. - Do you handle setup cleanup?
Yes — we take care of setup and cleanup for the craft portion of your event, including project materials, supplies, and covering the tables you provide for crafting. Guests or hosts are responsible for any decorations, food, or non-craft setup and cleanup. - Can I include food or treats at my party?
Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own food or treats. Alternatively, you can enhance your party with a dessert cart from The Cart Girl Bakery, offering handmade treats and a charming display cart. This is an optional add-on and not included in the standard package. - How many people can I host?
